In between scribbles...
Rustling leaves
The autumn breeze is
a crisply dry woodwind
The last sunlight
saluting at the horizon
Mirrored by stars
Flickering patterns
The light plays with foliage
Hitting my paper
Now the sky is black
But I remember
the white cherry blossoms
While errantis giggle
when rhododendrons snore
which awakens the heather
Cold night against my skin
The unguarded room
& the sound of the last mosquito of the year
An October mosquito
hatched in the climate heat
pokes its proboscis into my arm, as a form of thanks
Fragments
Time capsules from eons
Grain of sand in my hand
Grains of sand words which create handles
i grab
terms with -
Which opens new doors..
